TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (.NET/Angular): Building and optimizing an enterprise HR SaaS platform with an accent on scalable backend services and modern frontend interfaces. What you will do
- Develop and maintain full-stack features using C#, .NET, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Build scalable and maintainable backend services within the .NET ecosystem.
- Own software quality by implementing unit, integration, and performance testing in a Shift Left environment.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teammates in an Agile SCRUM environment.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude to accelerate development and refactoring.
- Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues to improve system architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET.
- Strong experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL and relational database design.
- Proficiency in Angular or another modern frontend framework.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Practical experience with Shift Left development and AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude).
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Experience integrating with Salesforce APIs.
- Previous work on enterprise HR SaaS platforms.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
