What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues and resolve blockers.
• Guide users through the application process and help them understand hirify.global's financial products.
• Explain complex financial concepts, such as HELOCs, in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
• Execute compliance-related steps accurately and consistently.
• Identify customer experience trends to improve support team effectiveness.
• Participate in training and licensing programs to expand professional expertise.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust.
• Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise processes.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to complete mandatory security and compliance training.
