What you will do
- Manage the operational execution of customer and partner education programs at scale.
- Design and automate operational workflows for communications, registrations, and certifications using AI-enabled tools.
- Administer the LMS and supporting learning technology ecosystem to improve learner engagement.
- Develop certification pathways and drive adoption across the customer and partner ecosystem.
- Build dashboards and use AI-powered analytics to track learner behavior and program effectiveness.
- Integrate learning systems with business systems and AI-driven processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in learning operations, education programs, or certification management.
- Experience administering LMS platforms such as Docebo, Skilljar, Cornerstone, or LearnUpon.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to improve program outcomes through data.
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
