What you will do

• Investigate and resolve chargeback disputes throughout the full dispute lifecycle in line with Visa and Mastercard rules.
• Validate transactions using bank checks, IP searches, phone matching, and external data sources.
• Assess fraud cases, make evidence-backed decisions, and apply appropriate sanctions or account restrictions.
• Prepare dispute documentation and support monthly reconciliations across chargebacks, updates, and bank accounts.
• Monitor dispute rates, analyze account trends, and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify fraud patterns and reduce chargebacks.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience processing chargebacks or disputes across the complete dispute lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of Visa and Mastercard rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Experience with USA and/or European gaming accounts is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
