What you will do

• Lead the design and development of a brand-new Rust-based cross-platform agent from the ground up.
• Develop deep integrations with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Guide the transition and integration of Rust into existing C++ codebases to improve modern practices.
• Define engineering standards for architecture, performance, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and foster a strong Rust engineering culture within the organization.
• Collaborate with product and security teams to solve complex customer challenges.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Rust for system-level software.
• Expertise in OS concepts, networking, file systems, and process behavior across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Ability to integrate Rust with C/C++ codebases.
• Experience leading technical decisions and influencing team direction through mentorship.
• Proficiency with modern build systems like Cargo and CMake, and CI pipelines.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland.
