Salary: €57,900 – €86,900

What you will do
- Design and implement scalable integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
- Build API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) to enable seamless data movement and system connectivity.
- Develop data extracts, reporting solutions (BIRT), and complex calculated fields.
- Maintain and optimize integration pipelines to ensure reliability, stability, and performance.
- Collaborate with Platform Engineers and Product Managers within an Agile delivery model to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure all integrations meet strict data privacy, security, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and Workday integration delivery.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience developing Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields.
- Solid understanding of the Workday Core HCM data model and business process data flows.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with ownership of technical workstreams.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Dublin, Ireland.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Orchestrate.
- Familiarity with the Workday Security model.
- Exposure to Workday functional domains such as Absence, Compensation, or Talent.
- Experience working within large-scale global enterprise environments across multiple regions.
