Senior Game Designer (Mobile PvP)

What you will do

• Design, improve, and balance core gameplay systems for a live mobile PvP game.
• Develop progression features, competitive modes, live events, and retention-focused content.
• Analyze player behavior, game performance, product metrics, and feature impact.
• Create design documentation, specifications, and feature briefs.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, artists, and developers throughout feature development.
• Generate hypotheses, validate ideas through testing, and iterate using data and player feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the gaming industry.
• Proven experience working on mobile PvP games.
• Experience designing and balancing systems for live-operated mobile games.
• Strong understanding of IAP monetization principles and product metrics.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with player behavior data.
• English sufficient for day-to-day communication, documentation, and design discussions.
