What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-year technology programs spanning the hirify.global supply chain.
• Manage full-cycle program disciplines including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and dependency management.
• Develop integrated master plans and ensure delivery readiness through structured design and build checkpoints.
• Drive delivery discussions in governance forums and executive reviews to facilitate timely decision-making.
• Orchestrate and resolve cross-program dependencies across Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations portfolios.
• Implement consistent delivery standards using Jira, Confluence, and AI-enabled reporting tools.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Singapore
• 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management in complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology solutions (enterprise apps, cloud, manufacturing systems).
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for transparency and predictable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain or multi-domain environments.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience supporting portfolio-level planning or governance models.
• Exposure to AI-enabled delivery optimization approaches.
