IT Support & Operations Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA — on-site

Salary: $125,000–$170,000 base salary per year, plus startup equity

What you will do

• Own day-to-day internal IT support and the technology environment for employees.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, application provisioning, account access, and deprovisioning.
• Administer devices, endpoints, identity and access systems, SaaS applications, and office technology.
• Audit and improve accounts, permissions, managed devices, and security controls.
• Standardize IT workflows and build automation to reduce manual work and improve reliability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with application and systems provisioning, onboarding, access changes, and user deprovisioning.
• Strong understanding of identity, access, and endpoint security.
• Experience improving or standardizing an existing IT environment and addressing device, access, and security gaps.
• Excellent communication skills for working with a highly technical engineering organization.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take broad ownership in a fast-growing startup.

Nice to have

• Experience as a senior or early IT hire at a startup or rapidly growing technology company.
• Experience supporting engineering-heavy or technically sophisticated organizations.
