Location: Virginia, United States; the role includes remote and on-site customer engagements.
Annual base salary: $115,000–$175,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do
- Operationalize, administer, and maintain the Platform and its modules for customer-specific operational, risk, compliance, asset, and security outcomes.
- Resolve complex technical issues independently or in collaboration with Technical Support Engineers and other customer-facing teams.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer value from the platform and provide technical direction to customer IT support staff.
- Conduct daily account health checks, track customer activities, and prepare status, after-action, and root-cause reports.
- Document best practices and playbook entries while improving operational status within key accounts.
- Identify and rapidly assign Tier 3 support cases to Technical Support Engineers.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT or consulting and 5+ years in systems administration or engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Broad technical knowledge with deep expertise in one or more areas including endpoint security, endpoint support, incident response, systems management, systems administration, software engineering, or utility scripting.
- Ability to break down complex problems, define an action plan, and communicate it clearly to others.
