What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term VIP strategies and KPIs to ensure revenue growth and proper execution.
• Analyze player data and behavior to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving retention.
• Create and implement VIP acquisition strategies across both online and offline channels.
• Establish and maintain strong personal relationships with VIP players as their primary point of contact.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team including VIP Account Managers and VIP Customer Support/Hospitality teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align VIP initiatives with CRM, marketing, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a VIP management role, ideally within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of online gaming, casino products, and the general iGaming ecosystem.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with responsible gaming practices and regulatory compliance.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.

• Proficiency in Spanish.
