Regional Fleet Coordinator (Logistics)

What you will do

• Process driver data changes, vehicle terminations, and fuel card requests.
• Ensure fleet operations comply with local rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR to provide vehicle information for BIK and payroll deductions.
• Code invoices with correct GL codes and cost centers.
• Maintain relationships with outside vendors and service providers.
• Monitor and organize the EMEA fleet data management system to forecast new requirements.

Requirements

• University degree or 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics within an international environment.
• English: Minimum B2 proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the EU area.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in another European language besides English and mother tongue.
