What you will do

• Support global customer centers in resolving order-related errors and booking sales orders in SAP.
• Maintain and enhance documentation for supporting logistics processes.
• Provide second-level application support via ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and regional experts to ensure efficient order flow.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to structural process improvements.
• Support the implementation of modern technologies including Power BI, SharePoint, and RPA.

Requirements

• University degree in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, or equivalent experience.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
• Solid proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills.
• Background in logistics or finance is a plus.
