What you will do

• Build and integrate APIs that improve the customer journey.
• Optimize lending platforms supporting loans, credit cards, and car finance products.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and shape scalable product solutions.
• Develop backend services using PHP, Symfony, AWS, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain robust unit, integration, and functional automated tests.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, mobile, platform, and cross-functional teams while owning work autonomously.

Requirements

• Strong business-oriented engineering experience with modern PHP development; PHP 8.0+ is required.
• Professional experience with Symfony or Laravel.
• Excellent automated testing skills across unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• High ownership, autonomy, willingness to learn, and ability to contribute ideas.

Nice to have

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design, message-driven systems, and event sourcing.
• Experience with microservices architecture and financial systems.
• Experience in cross-functional product development environments.
