What you will do

• Perform data analysis and causal inference, primarily through A/B testing.
• Model player behavior using real-world data and develop game simulations based on game theory, probability, and statistics.
• Apply machine learning to complex problems and build production-ready tools and systems.
• Design telemetry and maintain reliable data transformations and game data quality.
• Automate reports and business monitoring.
• Collaborate with product management, game design, development, and other game teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or another quantitative field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of statistics and machine-learning concepts.
• Experience with a data-visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik.
• Knowledge of data-visualization best practices and a hands-on analytical mindset.
• Interest in games or the gaming industry.
