What you will do

• Lead MSAT on customer-facing project teams to ensure successful transfer of upstream processes into GMP manufacturing.
• Drive the introduction, qualification, and implementation of new upstream process technologies.
• Provide scientific leadership to evaluate and implement innovative technologies while improving existing processes.
• Lead complex investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve manufacturing challenges and ensure operational excellence.
• Design and implement manufacturing control strategies and Continuous Process Verification (CPV) systems.
• Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regulatory inspections, audits, and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a relevant field.
• Deep understanding of biologics processes and GMP manufacturing.
• Strong technical writing, analytical skills, and experience in data assessment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with customers and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Vacaville, CA.
