Python Developer (DBT)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable, high-quality software according to technical requirements.
• Build and support a platform that automates data transformations with DBT, including tables, views, and data pipelines.
• Analyze requirements, estimate tasks independently, and define acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate task deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager.
• Apply software development practices and coding standards to deliver performant solutions.
• Participate in professional learning programs as a trainer or trainee.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of commercial experience with Python.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency with async/await.
• Experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Camunda or other BPMN/workflow orchestration tools.
• Understanding of cloud environments and modern infrastructure concepts, including Azure and the HashiCorp stack.
• Experience with multi-tenant applications, tenant isolation, Kubernetes, and unit and end-to-end testing.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher; willingness to learn and work with Java.

Nice to have

• Previous Java experience.
• Experience with DBT.
