What you will do

• Collaborate in cross-functional, stream-aligned teams to plan and build customer-centric software using agile practices.
• Develop and support applications across major cloud providers, specifically AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Own the full software lifecycle from code commit to production operation following a 'You Build It, You Run It' mindset.
• Implement and maintain system observability and monitoring using tools like Datadog.
• Contribute to the engineering culture by championing best practices and mentoring within the community.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of modern web applications and a 'product builder' mindset.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and Serverless frameworks on AWS and/or GCP.
• Demonstrable experience in test automation and observability (e.g., RUM, Tracing).
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
