Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA. This is a U.S.-based role.

Salary: $95,000–$170,610 base salary per year, with potential additional bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, operate, and optimize hirify.global’s global cloud networking backbone and connectivity platforms.
• Define technical roadmaps, architectures, standards, design patterns, and best practices for cloud networking and automation.
• Build and maintain Python-based network automation, self-service tools, CI/CD workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Implement and manage AWS and Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, security controls, firewalls, load balancers, and enterprise-scale SASE solutions.
• Partner with Cloud Engineering, SRE, Platform Engineering, Security, and AI teams on scalable infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives, advise on networking strategy, manage vendors, and mentor teammates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, networking, network automation, DevOps, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Ansible, CI/CD, source control, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with AWS and Azure networking, including Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPC, Cloud WAN, VNets, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, and DNS services.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, TCP/IP, DNS, IPsec, MPLS, routing, cloud connectivity, firewalls, and network security.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale infrastructure initiatives, presenting technical designs, and coordinating long-term work across multiple teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI, LLM-based automation, or AI-powered network operations.
• Experience building internal developer platforms and self-service infrastructure solutions.
• Kubernetes networking and cloud-native infrastructure experience.
• GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or Cisco CCNA.
