Location: Hybrid in Lugano, Switzerland (office-based with 2 days hybrid)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers across the EMEA region.
- Lead onboarding activities and coordinate engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Manage HRIS records, payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance with a focus on Swiss law.
- Modernize and automate HR processes using technology and AI-driven tools.
- Support recruitment activities, performance review cycles, and employee development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Swiss and broader EMEA employment law and HR practices.
- Experience managing payroll, contracts, and HR systems across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent English and Italian verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS systems (Ashby is a plus).
Nice to have
- Experience in tech, fintech, SaaS, or blockchain/cryptocurrency environments.
- Proficiency in German and/or French.
- Experience in scaling organizations or fast-growth environments.
