Focus on advising senior leaders, designing global and locally relevant compensation frameworks, managing pay transparency initiatives, and developing a high-performing team.

What you will do
- Lead compensation strategy design and implementation across international markets outside the Americas.
- Advise HR and business leaders on pay decisions, workforce planning, organizational design, market positioning, and talent retention.
- Drive pay equity analyses, remediation strategies, and transparency initiatives in partnership with Compensation Operations.
- Assess external market trends, workforce data, and emerging compensation legislation to support global HR and Total Rewards projects.
- Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and governance frameworks that balance global consistency with local requirements.
- Develop a high-performing compensation team and strengthen its consulting capability and strategic influence.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in Compensation or Total Rewards within a global enterprise.
- At least 5 years managing professional employees.
- Subject matter expertise in Mercer International Position Evaluation or the Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System, job architecture, and pay structure design.
- Experience with Works Councils or Collective Agreement bodies, international assignments and transfers, and compensation training for employees and leaders.
- Deep knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and familiarity with fair pay initiatives across international markets.
- Native-speaker fluency in English required. A university or master's degree in International Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or Human Resources is expected.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in major European languages.
- Working knowledge of Workday, Syndio, payroll systems, project management, performance management, or sales incentive plan design.
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or HR and management consulting.
- Advanced presentation, communication, public speaking, and training skills.
