What you will do

• Lead the full-cycle development, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning solutions for the hirify.global Exchange.
• Develop predictive models to understand marketplace dynamics, including price elasticity and supply/demand balance.
• Analyze large, diverse datasets to extract insights that guide product and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to design and test new offerings.
• Design and execute A/B tests and complex experiments to validate hypotheses.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Data Science role.
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for working with large-scale databases.
• Deep understanding of advanced statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing, causal inference, and experimental design.
• Solid knowledge of core ML techniques such as clustering, regression, and neural networks.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplace dynamics, matching algorithms, or supply/demand optimization.
• Familiarity with financial datasets and commercial forecasting.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, or PySpark for scalable data processing.
• Familiarity with web-analytics tools and UI optimization.
