TL;DR

Senior UX/UI Designer (Fintech): Designing user experiences for desktop browsers and a cashback platform with an accent on visual and interaction design. Focus on redesigning the cashback surface, digital wallets, and integrating features into Chromium-based desktop apps.

Location: On-site in Wroclaw, Poland

hirify.global is a global browser company creating high-performance desktop browsers and integrated digital services.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end UX/UI for features in hirify.global One and hirify.global GX desktop browsers, from concept to pixel-perfect specs.
  • Lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of the hirify.global Cashback platform.
  • Refresh the cashback browser extension and design its in-product entry points.
  • Design new user flows for digital wallets, alternative payout methods, and guest-to-account conversion.
  • Contribute to and extend the hirify.global design systems.
  • Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on data and user feedback.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products, specifically desktop software, browsers, or fintech/payments products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking (flows, IA) and UI craft (typography, motion, polish).
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and auto-layout.
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a professional design system.
  • Ability to design for multiple brand expressions, such as mainstream productivity and gamer-focused audiences.
  • English: Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for crypto, Web3 wallets, payments, or loyalty products.
  • Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing flows.
  • Background in motion design or advanced prototyping tools.
  • Polish language skills.
