What you will do

• Execute material fix-up and return activities within CSCM Quality repair operations.
• Coordinate and perform material packing to meet specific repair and return requirements.
• Process repair-related transactions and update material status using SAP.
• Manage, monitor, and close repair cases via a ticketing tool.
• Create and follow up on Purchase Orders and Delivery Notices.
• Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and quality stakeholders to ensure timely repair execution.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience or internship in repair operations, logistics, or material handling.
• Basic proficiency with SAP and ticketing tools.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by the United States Export Administration Regulations.
