What you will do

• Implement and maintain the local risk management framework aligned with Group standards.
• Identify, assess, and monitor material risks, including credit, market, liquidity, operational, conduct, ICT, legal, and reputational risks.
• Prepare and deliver regular risk reporting to the Board of Directors, Branch Management, and Head Office.
• Ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulatory expectations and support supervisory interactions.
• Escalate material risk issues and support effective internal controls and audit processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Finance units to perform independent risk assessments.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in financial services risk management, preferably in Private Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of financial and non-financial risks and regulatory risk requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, independence of judgement, and professional integrity.
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools.
