What you will do

• Produce accurate architectural drawings and documentation in ArchiCAD for residential projects.
• Prepare Development Application, Construction Certificate, and construction documentation packages.
• Develop construction details and solve technical documentation issues.
• Incorporate design revisions and coordinate consultant information into project files.
• Maintain organized project documentation and consistent drawing standards.
• Collaborate with the Lead Architect, attend meetings, and provide project updates.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in residential architectural drafting.
• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and detailing.
• Ability to produce accurate, organized, and professionally presented documentation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Philippine Time, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office.
