Technical Delivery Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead integration projects from kickoff through go-live, including documentation, test plans, and rollout execution.
• Act as the primary technical contact during implementation, early adoption, and post-rollout support.
• Configure customer environments with SSO, authentication protocols, DMS integrations, and API-based connections.
• Troubleshoot advanced enterprise issues and monitor implementations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate requirements across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Deliver technical training and share delivery insights with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical delivery, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, authentication protocols, enterprise integrations, DMS platforms, and APIs.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted customer and internal relationships.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
