Business Analyst (BPMN): Developing and formalizing business processes, documentation, and technical specifications for the development team with an accent on BPMN modeling, process automation, and structured requirements analysis. Focus on consolidating fragmented information, coordinating with developers and project managers, and accepting delivered solutions.

’s Operations team develops, digitalizes, and automates business processes across the organization.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain policies, methodological materials, templates, guidelines, and process documentation.
- Document and formalize business processes using BPMN notation.
- Prepare technical specifications for the development team based on business requirements.
- Clarify technical specifications with developers and participate in solution acceptance.
- Collaborate with Project Managers across multiple projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Methodologist, or Technical Writer.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with BPMN 2.0, UML, and relevant process modeling tools.
- Understanding of business process modeling principles and frameworks such as BPM CBOK and BPMN Method and Style.
- Strong analytical, structured thinking, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in consulting, IT, or fintech.
- Experience with draw.io, Miro, Bizagi, Camunda, StormBPMN, or Business Studio.
