Location: Hybrid working with site visits to Horley and other locations as required.

What you will do

• Define and maintain end-to-end business architecture and operating models across finance, supply chain, procurement, HR, and operational domains.
• Translate strategic objectives into phased roadmaps and prioritised change initiatives.
• Govern cross-functional design decisions and maintain traceability across programmes.
• Align technical solutions with business requirements in collaboration with IT and enterprise architects.
• Evaluate change proposals and develop business cases covering costs, benefits, and risks.
• Lead business analysts, manage stakeholders, and monitor value realisation across delivery programmes.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or ERP delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering finance, supply chain, procurement, or HR system transformations.
• Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks, process modelling, and solution design techniques.
• Experience producing business cases, roadmaps, governance artefacts, and high-quality requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills; a valid driving licence is preferred.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in energy, waste treatment, or utilities programmes.
• Transferable experience from large ERP or operational transformation projects.
