What you will do

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, security models, validation rules, and sharing models.
• Develop custom solutions with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Design integrations, data flows, and system interactions across connected platforms.
• Prepare test plans, validate code coverage and scalability, and support reliable deployments.
• Manage releases, environments, data quality checks, and migration tasks using Copado, Data Loader, or similar tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds and project types.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce release and environment management, Agile methodologies, and technical project phases.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
• Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, or Cloud Consultant certifications.
