TL;DR
Senior Consultant (Financial Services): Designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise solutions for financial services clients with an accent on business process analysis, technical configuration, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on integrating business requirements with APIs, databases, regulated financial workflows, user acceptance testing, and successful delivery through go-live and support.
Location: On-site in Switzerland, based in Zurich, Geneva, or Lugano according to client needs; significant travel to client sites, typically 3+ days per week.

What you will do
- Work at client locations to analyze business operations, processes, and challenges.
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
- Design, configure, customize, and implement end-to-end enterprise solutions.
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead integrations, user acceptance testing, training, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
- Document solution designs, configurations, and implementation decisions through go-live and support.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience as a functional, solution, or implementation consultant.
- Deep expertise in financial services processes such as custody, payments, treasury, banking operations, or capital markets.
- Experience implementing enterprise software in financial services environments and understanding regulated compliance requirements.
- Technical ability to configure systems, work with APIs and databases, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Strong requirements analysis, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- German and English are required for Zurich, French and English for Geneva, and Italian for Lugano; language needs depend on the client assignment.
Nice to have
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or cryptocurrency platforms.
- Knowledge of Avaloq, Temenos, Sopra, or other core banking and financial systems.
- Technical skills in Python, SQL, APIs, or system integration.
- Consulting, system integration, professional services, custody, payments, or treasury experience.
- Relevant platform or methodology certifications.
