What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of complex marketing campaigns, product launches, and high-visibility brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and Content teams to translate business goals into creative solutions.
• Extend and refine the visual identity and brand system as the company scales.
• Maintain a high bar for visual quality across typography, layout, composition, and motion.
• Mentor designers and external partners to raise the overall quality of the Studio team's output.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio in digital marketing and brand work.
• Experience designing for fast-paced startups, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, customer behavior, and business objectives.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of residence without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Active up-skilling or experience in motion/animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Experience with AI design tools.
