What you will do

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Perform complex data migrations, transformations, and loading from legacy systems.
• Develop sharing models and apply best practices for both declarative and programmatic development.
• Execute comprehensive test plans to ensure quality, security, and environment independence.
• Document technical architecture, user stories, and system processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Lightning Framework, LWC, Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, and SQL.
• Experience with release management tools such as Copado or GitHub.
• Required certifications: Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Developer I or II, or App Builder.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
