Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Finland, with office attendance expected 2–3 days per week. Candidates based elsewhere in Europe may receive relocation support to Finland; remote arrangements may be considered case by case.

Salary: €4,500–€6,000 per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Own product positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation across hirify.global’s product portfolio.
• Lead market-facing communications for major product launches from planning through execution.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes.
• Own messaging and narrative across product, capability, and solution pages.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Strategic Communications, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver consistent go-to-market execution.
• Improve product-page clarity, proof points, conversion, discoverability, and buyer journeys.

Requirements

• Experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional writing and messaging skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Experience leading cross-functional product launches.
• Strong experience in product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Sales, and other go-to-market functions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Helsinki or relocate to Finland from elsewhere in Europe.
