Financial Controlling Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Headquarters in Tampere, Finland; weekly office presence is expected with flexible hybrid work.

What you will do

• Lead, support, and coach a team of four financial controllers.
• Own the Record-to-Report process across all group legal entities.
• Oversee financial closings, financial statements, corporate income tax filings, statutory reporting, and transfer pricing.
• Drive finance process and ERP development in NetSuite, including guidelines, standard operating procedures, and documentation.
• Maintain intercompany governance, corporate tax alignment, and continuous audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, IT, HR, auditors, tax authorities, and local accounting partners.

Requirements

• Strong accounting background in Finnish Accounting Standards, general ledger, corporate taxation, and transfer pricing.
• Experience in global, multi-entity environments, including foreign local GAAPs and IFRS principles.
• Leadership experience with a supportive, people-first approach.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel, with an interest in automating routines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish.
