What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and internal tools supporting trading desk operations.
• Integrate with exchanges, liquidity providers, trading venues, and internal systems through REST APIs, WebSocket, and FIX.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, latency, and observability of trading infrastructure.
• Automate manual trading operations and reduce operational risk through system design and tooling.
• Contribute across the development lifecycle, including implementation, code review, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across systems.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of professional software engineering experience designing and building trading systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Go; knowledge of C++ is advantageous.
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSocket, FIX connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and systems integration.
• Understanding of trade lifecycles, financial products, trading venues, risk controls, and execution workflows.
• Experience with trading infrastructure such as order management, execution, market data, risk, reconciliation, or post-trade workflows.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Terraform, SQL, and NoSQL databases, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-latency, high-throughput, or high-frequency trading systems.
• Background in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or financial services.
