What you will do

• Own and optimize delivery processes for custody, payments, tokenization, and digital asset integration solutions.
• Develop solution delivery frameworks, reference architectures, implementation playbooks, and operational standards.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and monitor delivery KPIs, risks, project health, and client satisfaction.
• Support complex implementations, particularly core banking integrations such as Avaloq and blockchain technology adoption.
• Coordinate resource planning, knowledge management, documentation, training, and delivery enablement.
• Align client-facing teams, Product & Engineering, commercial stakeholders, and executive leadership on delivery expectations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, including at least 3 years in delivery management, process ownership, or solution architecture.
• Experience managing complex technical delivery programs in regulated financial services environments.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, custody and treasury, payment systems, clearing infrastructure, or core banking platforms.
• Hands-on experience with solution architecture, system integrations, or enterprise software delivery; familiarity with cloud platforms, API architectures, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Swiss and European banking regulations, plus strong project management and process optimization skills using Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies.
• Swiss German, German, and English are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Bitcoin, blockchain, digital asset custody, tokenization, or cryptocurrency infrastructure.
• Avaloq experience or familiarity with similar enterprise banking systems.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Experience with institutional clients, business process modeling, requirements analysis, or systems integration.
• PMP, Certified Solutions Architect, or similar certification.
