Country Manager – Malaysia (Fintech)

Location: Remote (Must be based in Malaysia and willing to travel across the country and SE Asia)

What you will do

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies to strengthen the company's position in Malaysia.
• Build and nurture relationships with IBs, partners, and key stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
• Lead and scale high-performing sales and BDM teams to meet growth targets.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, partner engagement, and client retention programs.
• Ensure local operations adhere to legal frameworks and compliance standards.
• Manage P&L, office setup, and team structuring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry focusing on sales and business development.
• Strong existing network of IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners in Malaysia.
• Proven experience managing P&L, operations, and local regulatory compliance.
• Fluent in English and Malay.
• Deep understanding of trading platforms and competitive market strategies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in Chinese.
