What you will do

• Lead a three-person Product Analytics team while maintaining approximately 90% focus on hands-on individual contributor work.
• Partner with Product Managers and product teams on complex analyses that inform product decisions and strategy.
• Deliver high-impact insights for enterprise customers in collaboration with the commercial organization.
• Improve product analytics infrastructure, instrumentation, event taxonomy, and team processes.
• Move the team from reactive request handling toward proactive, outcome-oriented analytics projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience with a strong background in SaaS product analytics.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, analytics engineering, dbt, data warehouses, and product analytics instrumentation.
• Experience working in a Product-Led Growth business and building instrumentation or an event taxonomy from scratch.
• Outcome-oriented approach with strong judgment around metrics, decisions, ambiguity, and prioritization.
• Ability to act as a supportive team lead while collaborating with Product Managers, development teams, data teams, and commercial stakeholders.
• Availability to work from the Helsinki office at least 2–3 days per week.
