What you will do

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines, databases, and dashboards to support algorithm development.
• Monitor and troubleshoot research studies in-flight across cross-functional teams.
• Implement automated processes to ensure high data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to shape engineering practices.
• Manage data infrastructure to deliver clean, reliable data for research operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Math, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Python and SQL in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud and data platforms, specifically AWS and Databricks.
• Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard design using tools like Tableau.
• Strong commitment to process improvement and reducing inefficiencies.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL database systems.
• Exposure to multi-modal and sensor data.
• Experience with Git and code review best practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Copilot or Claude Code.
