What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools and dashboards for operations, recruiting, finance, and engineering coordination.
• Integrate LLM workflows, autonomous agents, and retrieval systems to automate internal processes.
• Deploy and operate applications on-premise with a focus on reliability, security, and data confidentiality.
• Work directly with the CEO and management team to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and refine products based on usage.
• Establish lightweight practices for versioning, testing, monitoring, and maintaining internal products.

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Full-Stack Developer.
• Proven ability to build and ship production-grade SaaS applications across frontend, backend, databases, and deployment.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI or Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into applications.
• Experience with Docker, Linux, CI/CD, self-hosted environments, security, and access-control fundamentals.
• Proficient English is required; French is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic frameworks and tool-calling patterns.
• French language skills.
