What you will do

• Lead product discovery with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and model user journeys for core business applications.
• Author functional specifications and acceptance criteria, and manage a structured product backlog.
• Design and develop accessible, user-centered interfaces and full-stack web applications using a modern TypeScript stack.
• Modernize the application portfolio by analyzing legacy systems and replacing end-of-life applications.
• Handle operational running of digital services and automate operating procedures to strengthen resilience.
• Establish and maintain the team's knowledge infrastructure, documentation standards, and onboarding paths.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, IT, human-computer interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience building and operating production web applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with Figma and recognised web accessibility standards (WCAG/RGAA).
• Fluency in English or French and knowledge of the other official language.
• Must be a national of an hirify.global member country.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PHP and Symfony.
• Experience with automated testing practices such as Vitest, Jest or Playwright.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience in an international and cross-cultural setting.
