What you will do

• Define the overarching art direction, brand identity, and visual strategy.
• Lead the design team’s transformation through research, testing, and standardization of generative AI tools.
• Serve as the final visual quality gate for product releases, brand campaigns, and web updates.
• Manage, hire, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary design team through 1-on-1s and creative reviews.
• Implement company-wide DesignOps frameworks, including asset libraries and review processes.
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and align bold creative direction with user needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design leadership experience managing multidisciplinary Product, Graphic, Web, and Motion teams.
• Strong expertise in art direction, brand identity, typography, 3D, composition, UX/UI, and design systems.
• Experience integrating and scaling generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, and AI Figma plugins.
• Expert-level Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including experience scaling brand guidelines and design systems.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, emotional design, and aesthetics in financial products.
• Ability to provide constructive critique, inspire design excellence, and defend creative decisions with logic and user-centric reasoning.

Nice to have

• FinTech, CFD trading, or crypto exchange domain knowledge.
• Experience fine-tuning Stable Diffusion or training custom AI models for branded asset generation.
• Recognition from design communities or industry awards such as Awwwards, Red Dot, or Behance.
