hirify.global operates a multi-PSP payment infrastructure that is being scaled into a Billing-as-a-Service platform.

What you will do

• Own and evolve payment strategy across revenue growth, retention, performance, scalability, and risk.
• Manage multi-PSP and multi-acquirer infrastructure, including orchestration, routing, cascading, failover, MID strategy, and processing resilience.
• Improve subscription billing performance through approval optimization, renewal management, retries, dunning, and failed-payment recovery.
• Manage PSP and acquirer relationships, including onboarding, negotiations, performance management, underwriting, and escalations.
• Own payment economics and risk across processing costs, provider mix, fraud, chargebacks, refunds, disputes, and card-scheme monitoring programs.
• Build a mature Payments function, lead and grow the team, and introduce AI tools and automation into support workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of merchant-side experience in payments, acquiring, billing, or payment operations in B2C.
• Hands-on experience with subscription payments, including initial charges, renewals, retries, dunning, and failed-payment recovery.
• Experience building or significantly scaling multi-PSP and multi-acquirer infrastructure.
• Direct experience negotiating with PSPs and acquirers and managing payment risk, fraud, chargebacks, disputes, and monitoring programs.
• Experience managing a team, building processes from the ground up, and operating across international, multi-product, or multi-entity setups.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
