What you will do

• Design, manage, and optimise market-making strategies for crypto exchanges.
• Manage pricing and liquidity provision for OTC institutional customers.
• Own the P&L of individual and team trading strategies.
• Develop and improve quantitative models and trading strategies.
• Collaborate with Quant Development and Research throughout alpha and signal development and deployment.
• Research and analyse bespoke trading data to identify trading opportunities.

Requirements

• University degree in a numerical discipline with strong academic performance.
• At least 3 years of experience in OTC and/or systematic trading.
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis.
• Practical experience with C++, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
• Knowledge of exchange microstructure and low-latency trading.
• Strong risk intuition, communication, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
