What you will do

• Own and evolve the content strategy, editorial calendar, and distribution across multiple channels.
• Translate technical integrations, roadmap updates, and protocol concepts into clear copy and visual content for X, Telegram, Discord, blogs, newsletters, and documentation.
• Collaborate with founders, scientists, engineers, developers, businesses, and partners to communicate the protocol's vision and capabilities.
• Drive organic audience growth through content partnerships, community engagement, and performance insights.
• Monitor Web3 trends, memes, and narratives and apply them creatively to content campaigns.
• Contribute to the broader go-to-market strategy and represent hirify.global through podcasts, panels, and other public speaking opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong, concise writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Experience creating high-performing crypto or Web3 content, with examples such as memes, X threads, videos, or similar work.
• Ability to understand deep-tech concepts, blockchain scaling, and cryptographic protocols.
• Experience writing developer- or research-oriented technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of community culture, especially Crypto Twitter, Telegram, and X.
• Data-driven approach to measuring content performance and audience growth.

• Stage presence and enthusiasm for public speaking at podcasts, panels, and industry events.
