Technical Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Research customer pain points, workflows, product usage, support trends, market conditions, competitors, and emerging AI opportunities.
• Transform product opportunities and stakeholder needs into detailed requirements, user stories, business rules, workflows, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and QA throughout implementation, clarify requirements, review completed work, and manage risks, dependencies, and edge cases.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and improve the flow from discovery through development and release.
• Use AI tools to improve research, documentation, requirement writing, and day-to-day product development work.
• Build product expertise and support launches in collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to write detailed product requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, stakeholder-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience using customer feedback, product analytics, and business metrics to guide product decisions.
• Understanding of financial workflows and business processes, including accounting, ERP, budgeting, invoicing, or financial management software.
• Experience working with engineering teams through the software development lifecycle and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor.
