Location: Remote

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a variety of US law topics.
• Perform in-depth legal research and apply current, accurate information to project work.
• Draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other legal content.
• Assess legal texts for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary contributors to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
• Support content quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Strong academic credentials and experience at a top-tier US law firm or BigLaw firm.
• Experience with legal analysis, research, and drafting across multiple legal subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including legal content review.
• Experience with remote collaboration and multidisciplinary projects.
• High attention to detail and commitment to precision, accuracy, and legal best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents.
