What you will do

• Design complex, domain-specific problems and datasets for rigorous generative AI model evaluation.
• Provide expert insights to improve model accuracy, reasoning, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with AI labs, platforms, and hirify.global's research team on high-impact projects.
• Contribute to technical reports and research publications.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary community focused on responsible and human-centered AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering or related technical experience, or equivalent academic expertise such as a PhD, postdoctoral research, or faculty experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, Swift, JavaScript, or C++.
• Demonstrated coding proficiency and strong analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented, innovative, collaborative approach with an interest in applied AI research.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
