What you will do

• Create UI, in-game art elements, and prop animations from concept to final implementation using Spine.
• Plan and produce animations for new features, collaborating with PMs, designers, and developers for Unity, Spine, 3D, or After Effects implementation.
• Explore and integrate AI tools to accelerate production and improve overall animation quality.
• Coordinate closely with tech artists and stakeholders to ensure seamless game integration.
• Maintain the studio's quality bar and artistic vision, ensuring coherence with the game's style.
• Manage the day-to-day animation process, including planning, risk flagging, and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spine for 2D animation.
• Experience working with Unity, After Effects, or 3D animation tools.
• Ability to take ownership of the production process from concept to ship.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional development teams.
• Experience iterating on work based on feedback from Art and Product Directors.
